Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Joe's Junk Removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Joe's Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services in the Springfield, Missouri area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential junk removal
• Commercial junk removal
• Appliance removal
• Furniture removal
• Yard waste removal
• Estate cleanouts

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is based on the volume of junk removed and may vary depending on:

• The amount and type of items to be removed
• Labor required for removal
• Disposal and recycling fees
• Location and accessibility

We provide free estimates and final pricing before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
• Medical waste
• Firearms and ammunition
• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Joe's Junk Removal is not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Items left at the property after removal
• Items mistakenly disposed of if not clearly marked
• Damage resulting from unstable structures or unsafe conditions

We carry appropriate liability insurance and will address any damage caused directly by our services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Clearly indicating which items should be removed
• Ensuring safe and clear access to items
• Informing us of any hazardous materials or special conditions
• Being present or having an authorized representative during service

Environmental Commitment

We are committed to responsible disposal practices. We strive to donate, recycle, or properly dispose of all items in accordance with local and state regulations. We partner with local charities and recycling facilities whenever possible.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
